* Each exhibiting company (single booths) receives one complimentary registration. Double booths receive two complimentary registrations. The fee for each additional exhibitor is $425.
 
Abstract Presenter Registration Deadline
Continuing this year, every PRESENTER of a poster abstract MUST register by APRIL 11, 2016 or the abstract will be withdrawn from the Congress.

SAVE with Meeting plus Membership (This option is not applicable for current members or members who lapsed within the past 12 months. If you need to renew your membership, you can do so with your registration via the online process.)

Students and post-docs registering with the Congress plus membership option must have a faculty member sign if registering by mail or fax. If registering online the e-mail address of the appropriate faculty member must be provided to qualify.

The following sessions require pre-registration however there is NO FEE to attend.

Box Lunches (available Monday – Thursday)
$20/lunch each day
Options for dining outside the convention center are limited; we encourage attendees to purchase the box lunch option to allow for more time to view posters and network during lunch. Seating will be provided.   
 
Closing Banquet – Thursday evening, July 21
7:30 – 11:30 p.m.

Guest Information
Guests do not pay for registration. However, guests wishing to attend any of the receptions or other ticketed food functions must purchase tickets in advance or onsite. Guests must have a name badge and ticket to attend ticketed functions. Guests do not have access to the scientific sessions. Co-workers and business associates are not considered guests and must pay registration fees.
 
Cancellations/Refund Policy
Registration cancellations MUST be made in writing and received no later than June 15, 2016. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $75 processing fee; ticketed events will be fully refunded. Ticketed events and meeting registration cancellations received after June 15, 2016, are NOT subject to a refund.
 

Tour Information – Wednesday Afternoon and Pre and Post Congress

IS-MPMI Organizers have scheduled Wednesday afternoon, July 20 as an “open afternoon” for meeting attendees to explore Portland! We are pleased to offer a variety of tours for those attendees interested in exploring more of what the Portland area has to offer.

Tours are not included in the registration fee or on the registration form. For more information on the tours and to schedule and pay for tours, see the link below.

• Each attendee is responsible for making their reservations and payment through the provided link(s).
