All 2019 IS-MPMI XVIII Congress activities will take place at the SEC Centre. The SEC Centre is Scotland's largest exhibition center, located in the district of Finnieston on the north bank of the River Clyde, Glasgow. Specific meeting locations will be published in on-site materials and through the mobile app.

Ways to Book Hotel Reservations
Please provide a valid credit card to hold your reservation. Credit card MUST expire after the date of the event. Please note this website does not take payment and your credit card will be held as a guarantee only. Reservation(s) not guaranteed are subject to cancellation.
If you require a pro-forma invoice please reserve and guarantee your room by credit card and contact the hotel directly. Payment must be made at least six weeks prior to arrival.
Reservation Acknowledgements
When your room is reserved you will receive an immediate confirmation by email. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact the email address or telephone number listed above directly. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Cancellations & Changes
Non-arrivals or failure to cancel a reservation within the cancellation terms and conditions may incur charges.
- INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS TO 2 ROOMS: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations of all or any room nights after the 48hour deadline will incur 100% charges.
- 3 TO 5 ROOMS: Cancellations can be made up to two weeks prior to the arrival date without penalty. Cancellations of all or any room nights after this date will incur 100% charges.
- 6 TO 9 ROOMS: Cancellations can be made up to three weeks prior to the arrival date without penalty. Cancellations of all or any room nights after this date will incur 100% charges.
- For bookings of ten or more rooms you will be required to contract directly with the hotel.
Questions or Special Requests?
Any special requests that you made to the hotel when making your reservations via the online link above will be forwarded to your hotel as part of your reservation. Special Requests are not guaranteed. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

Neither Glasgow Convention Bureau nor the Hotel is under any obligation to provide the accommodation to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after Glasgow Convention Bureau has sent a Confirmation E-mail, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as mispricing.

Please book your hotel only through the links listed on this page. DO NOT book through outside agents claiming to represent IS-MPMI or the 2019 IS-MPMI XVIII Congress. There are no third-party companies authorized by IS-MPMI to book your hotel accommodations. These companies may be offering hotel rates that are above/below the IS-MPMI-discounted rates published on the Glasgow Convention Bureau website. No one can book hotel rooms at rates lower than IS-MPMI-contracted rates over the 2019 IS-MPMI XVIII Congress dates at IS-MPMI-designated hotels.
