IS-MPMI Membership Levels
Professional Member – $86
Any individual actively interested in the advancement and promulgation of knowledge relevant to molecular plant-microbe interactions is eligible for membership.
Research Support Staff — $71
Any individual employed as research support staff, such as a technician or programmer, at an academic institution or non-profit organization.
Post-Doc Member — $38
Any individual employed in a post-doctoral position at a school of higher education or not for profit research institution is eligible for post-doc membership.
Student Member — $22
Any individual enrolled in a degree program at a school of higher education is eligible for student membership.
Reduced Cost Membership Options
Scientists from Developing Economies
To be eligible for the complimentary Scientists from Developing Economies membership, an individual must reside or be working in a qualifying country based on the World Bank’s low-income and lower-middle income economies. When completing the online join/renew form, please enter your eligible country in the “Country” field and you will see this membership option.
Global South Initiative
The Global South membership tier is available at 50% of the full annual membership rate. Researchers whose primary affiliation is in a country on the Global South eligibility list may apply for IS-MPMI membership under this discount rate.
